Nepotianus, who later became a short-lived Roman usurper, when Magnentius was proclaimed emperor in 350; after a period of twenty-eight days in early June 350, Nepotianus was killed, and probably this led to execution of Eutropia by order of Magnentius' magister officiorum Marcellinus.
